Welcome to Narrows Pointe!

A Destination Location

The community of Narrows Pointe, located on the Chester River at the entry to Kent Narrows, boasts some of the most exceptional water views on the Eastern Shore.

The surrounding Kent Narrows area offers residents and visitors a casual waterfront lifestyle, with a variety of waterfront restaurants and tiki bars, marinas, and water-related activities. There are nine restaurants within walking distance of the community. With its central location, the area has easy access to Annapolis, Washington, DC and Baltimore.

An Environmentally Conscious Community

Narrows Pointe has been publicly recognized for its environmental stewardship through its “living shoreline” project, which not only protects the shoreline from storm damage and erosion, but also provides a sanctuary for fish, horseshoe crabs, herons, owls, turtles, and more. The 1,945-foot-long stone sill project enhanced 8,258 square feet of existing marsh and created 34,256 square feet of new wetlands.

Walking/Jogging/Bike Trail

Access to the Cross Island Trail is just outside the Narrows Pointe entrance. The Trail spans Kent Island, east to west, providing multiple points of access to everything from libraries and schools to ball fields and outstanding views of the waterfront. At the Chesapeake Bay Bridge, the Trail continues southward to the tip of Kent Island, passing through woods and farmland.

Nearby Amenities

In addition to shops and hotels, there are multiple fitness centers; some with pools; all within a 10-minute drive.

But the Best Part Is…

Every home at Narrows Pointe is waterfront and “water back,” on a lovely peninsula, regularly visited by blue herons, egrets, and a variety of other Eastern Shore wildlife.
